Video Tutorial of Firmware 2.2 Jailbreak in Action
QuickPwn 2.2 is Completely “Plug ‘n Play”
Steps:
1. Upgrade your iPhone through iTunes to 2.2
2. Download QuickPwn 2.2 for Mac or Windows
3. Plug in your iPhone
I can’t download the QuickPwn which I don’t know why. Haih D:
It’s a torrent file, you need to have a torrent client installed.
Bittorrent (Windows)
http://www.bittorrent.com/btusers/download/complete?os=win
Transmission (Mac)
http://www.transmissionbt.com/download.php
Download, Install, then Open the file using Bittorrent or Transmission.
If you have a different firmware version that is not 2.2 or need anymore help, let me know.
Ok, omg thanks. You’re the best seriously ![]()
After I upgraded my iPhone to version 2.2;
I shows something weird. And I can’t go to homepage now.. Omg, what to do!!
Ok. Don’t Worry is the first step..
You Upgraded through iTunes to 2.2 (if you did to 2.2.1, you need a different version of QuickPwn)
Do you have an iPhone or iPhone 3G and are you on Windows or Mac?
If it is stuck just hold the home and power buttons together until it gets you back into restore mode. And we can do the restore process again.
Do you have instant messenger? If so, contact me @ iphonetouched on (aim/ichat/aol) and I can walk you through it.

I purchased an iphone from someone who had this software installed on the phone ( I had no idea) well I reset the iphone and now all I get is the opening screen w/the pineapple icon. Is there anyway to fix this?
@alicat
Yes there is. I just need a little info about your iPhone and Operating system.
Do you have an iPhone 2G or 3G are you on Windows or Mac and do you know what iPhone firmware you were running at the time? Plus what do you mean by you “reset” the iPhone, you mean restored through itunes or powered off and powered back on?
Sometimes the iPhone has trouble booting, in any case the surefix would be just plugging it into itunes and doing a restore.
Before you do that, though, try holding the power button and the home button at the same time and see if that will kick you out and restart your iphone.
Hit me back with the info and I’ll see what might work for you. Just don’t worry about, it’s not a difficult fix.
